No.. Martis already off loaded half of his shares at 15c - 500k packet at a time.
I have seen it happen 6 or 7 times that I noticed it.. and one last one at 14.5c.
It is an autobot selling the shares to scare the market to dump off the shares.
Why do you think there are a huge big line up at 14c + 14.5c??? It is not a coincident I tell you that.
Smart money at work here...
If they do read HC, they will probably have a little mirk smile on their face right about now.
