Ha this is great. Have a look at the course of trades. Someone is knocking this down to 14.5c with tiny orders everytime someone buys at 15c.
I saw this happen on a stock last week and then bang up it went.
This is keeping a stock down before a run if ever I have seen it.
This is a clear buy signal to me
