just thought i'd share this,

past dealings with ASIC, with another company (yeah I just keep picking them lol)

Was told by an ASIC rep, in regards to complaints, the more the better, altho they have to look at each one recieved, the higher the volume the more weight the complaint carries, and as they are limited in funding the amount of monies involved will often determine any actions taken, basically to take anyone to court it has to been seen as finacially viable for them to do so
