No, there's no malaria in the US and Canada so it won't go through that process regardless if it's manufactured there.
It will require registration in those African/Asian countries that have malaria - or best case scenario - it will be WHO registered and be available to all malaria ridden countries.
Registration batches of artimist have already been commissioned to inititae this process and I expect that several months will be required for completion of registration
