    Stopping the buy back - may be three reasons:
    - the things in media advertising are not so good, with little prospect of significant recovery any time soon;
    - they want to buy something really big, eg FXJ;
    - they are happy with the share price at this level, and will resume buying shares only if the price goes under $6.
