To save you the trip, it looks like the majority of CER holders on HC are voting NO to the merger.
Sorry to say this but the Centro board has been sucking value away from CER for a while trying to prop up CNP. The merger holds no value for CER holders.
The Centro board should be removed if they can't prove their actions are in the best interest of CER shareholders.
