Thanks for that Dugsab. You can read a helluva lot into that, some fundamental and some cynical.
They've picked up half the issued capital of the company for around $20 million and are , on paper, down around $10mill. And they haven't sold any. So, on fundamentals, you can say that that is a real positive seeing such solid support for the company by it's Directors.
Now, the cynics could also say, remember there is around $700 million in gold sitting in Agate Creek!!!
They now own half of that for $20 mil!!!
Why are they not VERY anxious to get the gold out ASAP and to get the SP up?
That 930 mil that S.B. got on 18/09/13 (for FIVE years he has carried a paper loss of $14 mill!!!).
One could ask, how much has that got to do with his own personal financial circumstances?
And he got that by converting his loan to the company by taking shares.
Remember, he is effectively still funding the company and can convert that NEW loan into shares again, as he did in March 2013 with the Renison loan repayment and the reconstruction into Laneway. But, now they are only .003.
Does he have a PERSONAL vested interested in delaying the development of Agate Creek and the resultant increase in the SP and generating cash flow, i.e. probably significantly reducing the number of shares he would receive in a conversion and creating tax implications for himself?

Look, these are just thoughts, but, it is not unreasonable to start thinking like that when we see how long the development of Agate Creek has taken, when, from ALL accounts, it is a very simple mining operation, and from what I gather directly from the leader of the TO agreement process, there are absolutely NO sacred site risks that should be the major delaying factor in getting the TO agreement.
Lack of transparency breeds conjecture and cynicism.
Management should know that but seemingly have no intention of doing anything about it.
