After thinking about this merger, some interesting questions...

After thinking about this merger, some interesting questions have arisen

(1) Will ES become new manager of Combined entity?
(2) What will it's new name be? Probably remain AWE, as most of ARQ's acreage is in Oz.
(3) Merger a plus for both, as AWE has huge profits that need to be spent (tax efficiently) and ARQ has the acreage - Canning!
(4) Maybe now Ynling in the Vlaming Subbasin, will be funded by AWE/ARQ? Good for ROC and WGP?

One concern is the LACK of dividends for oil investors!!! Huge profits for ARQ, AWE and PPP but do we see dividends???? NO!!! even a small amount would be welcome .. but I suspect collusion against shareholders.
