This comment in their results when discussing Going Concern I thought is interesting:

"With an understanding of the status of the
deleveraging process and the support of its lenders, the directors are of the opinion that there are
reasonable prospects that a suitable deleveraging transaction will be implemented and that the accounts
are correctly prepared on the basis that the Group is a going concern."

Suggests that what has been put on the table to date on an indicative basis provides a pathway forward if similar offers / outcomes materialise.....
