there is a work around for anything like screen time.  Kids will find a way to bypass most things.  When I was in high school (I'm 27 now) everyone in the school had a macbook provided by the school and they had internet restrictions on almost every website that had anything to do with games or porn and I.T people monitored everyone's computers but we all still had porn and games on our computers.  I remember one kid finding out some code that could unlock everything so for awhile a few of us had free range.  Especially with Google all a kid has to do is type in how to get around this or how to bypass that and there will be tutorials
