The 100k was 'paying' subscribers so FZO phone sales prior to 1 January wouldn't have counted as it came with free 12 month subscription. However yes it does seem they missed their target, think they plateaued at around 93k. This does include a 4k drop in Telkomsel ones due to pause of the trial as they launch the free insights product.
As for FZ One phone sales, I have no idea. From 1 Jan the FZO promotion applied to ALL phones sold by Woolworths, not just FZ One phone, under the "happy family" plan deals...Woolworths will pay (at a discounted price no doubt) for the FZO monthly subscription out of the monthly plan amount (for 12 months). They haven't said that in their announcement, why i have no idea as its advertised by Woolies. The only diff therefore between the FZ One phone and other phones thru Woolies is that FZ One phone has the product embedded in the actual phone so less prone to tamper...but given that any 'tampering' causes a notification to parents not sure that's a big differentiating factor. I think will have to wait until next quarterly and then try and decipher from the numbers how much is attributable to Woolies, unless the company provides an update on this.
