I'm not sure where this notion that seed stock is a sure thing for people who are fortunate enough to meet the requirements to receive said offers.I have seen 100% losses on seed capital and that is the major risk, along with the others mentioned by Parlay, that I have had to be accepting of before investing.
It's frustrating the amount of misinformation some of the keyboard warrior twitter "guru's" spew into the community when in reality they have no fooking idea how deals are structured and the risk that early investors shoulder when embarking into their investment.
Parlay hit the nail on the head. Find the right deal at the right price, but I have one more addition to that, and it's equally if not more important and that is "With the right people behind it".
EMV ticks all those boxes and some.
