Just a thought,
a cheaper way to access the profits in the JV may now be by investing MTR.
I hold both MOD and MTR.
The bbc has just posted "A record number of investments were made by foreign firms in the UK in the year to April 2016, according to government figures."
Exchange rates may now make this attractive too - please dyor.
imho There's a current disconnect between MTR sp and MOD too.
Look at the sp and judge for yourself what the non Bots part of MTR is worth (Thailand, Spain etc) as again imho you can get access to the JV profits cheaper via MTR as it is currently priced at or about the value of the Bots JV alone.
