I doubt they will reopen at 0.25 after recap. A lot of sellers have been sitting at 0.001 waiting for a way out of this stock and I gather they would take a haircut to get out. To increase there chances of trading close or over 0.25 the company will need to pull some good news out from somewhere. Maybe some more high grade copper gold results up at Barkly?
