Patience required. They are going aok I reckon. I rang to sign up as a customer the other day and phone staff were so busy they had to call me back about 2 hours later. All going according to plan I suspect but its a long time in sharemarket terms till they report next.
Interesting to note to signing up with them will actually save me money on my current electricity supply as near as I can calculate.
The downside? They want quarterly payment in advance and its a 3 year contract able to be terminated at anytime on payment of a disconnection fee. Im happy to hold and if they get down around 20c again I will be playing plunge protector!
