Agree with that in general but not "their" assets my assets.
The board works for me and the other shareholders. It's my job as their employer to keep them honest.
It's a good point and my explanation is that it's hard for boards to admit mistakes, generally the only way to get the skeletons out of the closet is board renewal as Tamz and I saw recently at CDD.
Either way it doesn't effect the valuation of PRG but an impairment of it does come down the track could shake out some nervous nellies.
Or may never come who can see. See how much garbage goodwill SPO was carrying before bagholders at Downer took it over.
Makes PRG look like a picnic in the park.
