It's starting to look like you are right & the dumper is gone.
A new high of 17.5c looks possible today. Then breakout maybe?
A trader friend said that the stock is of interest, with strong support suggesting that the up trend will continue into the 20's.
Long term, the profits will justify more than that, imo.
