First of all given the subject, the movement was based on about 5k of stock... not really worth mentioning... when it comes to quarterlies, they never usually give the exact date it will be released but they are always due by the last business day of the month in the quarter (in this case the 31st Jan). What can sometimes happen if they are late, it will be submitted before start of trade for the first business day of the next calendar month.
