I believe BP, SA and the rest of the board did not buy in for nothing they knew exactly what they were getting themselves into! This board is not looking at a pump and dump profit otherwise they would of done it already at a 10 bagger.... one of the most valuable things about an investment next to control in a company is the dividends if BP say is getting $2.40 a share he is receiving what he originally paid for every year...

Also to note there are no options and PO3 have already made it clear that they will only be doing one more cap raising if they have to! So the max amount of shares will be 34m

Let’s take a look at some of our current hyped up tech stocks like nearmap, Altium, Xero, afterpay, wisetech and appen... all of these companies as per their financials are producing very little NPAT or none at all but they are in the high growth market and trading well into their futures...

Now let’s take a look at PO3 and their projections and goals In financials

    REVENUE

    2020-21 - 172m
    2021-22- 683m
    2022-23- 1.3B
    2023-24 - 2.0B
    2024-25- 2.6B

    NPAT

    2020-21- 38m
    2021-22- 170m
    2022-23- 346m
    2023-24- 542m
    2024-25- 697m

If these targets are hit it’s going to make our leading tech stocks look average in comparison to PO3

I don’t know what they plan on doing with the NPAT but I’m hoping they re-invest which will create one of the best the ASX has ever seen making it a Behemoth indeed... so many options and pathways they would have with that kind of cash

I don’t want to put an SP up but if I had an estimate with reveiving 700m NPAT still in high growth PO3 would also still be trading in their futures so a 30b-40b market cap wouldn’t surprise me

The only risk is in the commercialisation the tech is already proven and our oem partners love it as it exceeds their expectations (also to note PO3 found a way to make their tech costs cheaper to produce so our operating expenses will be lower which hasn’t been taken into account with future projections)

DYOR everyone don’t take my word for this I’m just sharing an opinion... do what you want with your shares only those who have truly done their research are convicted that this is going somewhere and well the traders and fearful who haven’t done their research will be telling their kids or grandkids in 10 years time that once upon a time they were on PO3 at $3 and sold for a profit but the shares would of been worth in the millions please don’t let this be your story

All the best, enjoy the rest of your weekends

    Smit
