ive been holding this stock for a long time now like a lot of HC posters and thru all the negative economics over the past 3 years, the major share holders other than CP (bless him)seem to have held onto their holdings which i would take as a postive sign, although its hard to tell with so little disclosure from the board on funding.
cant help but think commissioning next door at CITIC would make the picture a little clearer wrt port & rail access.
