I suspect that the necessary share placement has been agreed but is dependent on securing a commitment from BNZ and/or OCBC. Hence, no announcement of a placement until such time as they can announce an agreement with one of the banks. If so, we have a double or nothing situation. This surely appeals to the Aussie mind that created 2Up.
