Interesting in NZ ASB Bank (part of CBA) have launched a free app. while not as well connected as 9Spokes in does work with Xero. My guess is 9 spokes will be a better product and solution, but the ASB product might do the job for a lot of customers.
Note you don't have to bank with ASB to use this.
