I think you misunderstood what I meant, yes I am aware it is a software as a service solution.
The sensor (i.e the smart tag) costs 0.50c per day which is 15 per month.

If you do the numbers, 14k smart tags will not break even unless operating costs come down.

They only have 3 channel partners , they signed up with Shamrock group for the US market in August 2017 and recently signed with Channon & Dicker Data in Nov 2017.

Though Dicker Data are more of an umbrella hardware solutions business as opposed Shamrock & Channon who focus exclusively in the Hospitality industry.

The new LTE devices will be interesting and will expand reach outside of the Sigfox network, which is somewhat limited to major cities/metro.

Likewise the Vodaphone narrow-band network is currently only available in North Sydney & Melbourne and there is no ETA on when their NBIOT will be fully deployed across AU.
