I must say I find it strange that KR won't allow any commentary out of KEY without his permission.
In my experience with contacting companies the CEO and/or chairman has no problems with one or more designated staff to give comments to shareholders. With smallcaps I have generally found that the Company Secretary fields the majority of shareholder.
