Email. He is still travelling.

In his absence I contacted via the company general email address, expecting a admin/company sec/ etc reply to a top20 report request.
I normally get this an hour or two from admin/company sec/cfo's of other companies failing that within 24 hours.

1.5 business days later I sent a second email noting 'standard' non reply (Most if not all my emails to the company have had a long turnaround compared to other companies.), and requesting general market release of a top20 report so other shareholders can see who the new shareholders are. I made reference to the outcome made to placements made to Cit****w (mistake to mention that!)

It seems KR is the only person at KEY who responds to shareholders. Also but possibly unrelated, other staff were on leave. Hence the delay, explained in a personal response to me.

I got what I deserved, but I am sure most on the Key threads would like to see better S/H communications eg the recent dearth of news re UK.

Key have their own way of doing things, and in the end it doesn't matter as long as results are delivered to the share price.

Onto something else...

I presume the Section 708A notice last night is standard and not necessarily issued in response to new sophs requests to be able to sell shares?
