I'm quite confident that a sofisticated investor wouldn't waste his time investing into a SPP just to dump at 13.5-15cent and make a mere 3-5cent profit... These are purely the short term investors who assume there is no upcoming potential as they see key as more of a 2-3 year buy and hold stock... The reason why they are dumping now is because over the recent times they've realized this as Key is keen on pursuing itself as a mini producer before it goes anything for a 2TCF+ prospect. Also they've probably never had a chance to dump their share for a long time, and the 10-16.5cent rise was enough for them.
