I am very new to this stock - in fact i only bought in the other day after doing (the research) - i for one like its overall potential.
If i could ask you - (seeing you have done all the reading and research for years) could you tell me if you know how the negotiations for this said owed 2mill is going and whether you think this is going to pose any concern seeing url is only worth just over 2?
is it just a case of dotting the I's and crossing the T's or is there more to the negotiations than meets the eye?
Url says it owns the lease and is going on about the resource - yet it still owes 2mill for it - (is in negotiations to get an extention as far as I can read) - do you think this is going to pose any problems in the future?
