re AWE's play on ADI - is 90% the number where any remaining shareholders get no say. (i appreciate 50.1% gives them control)
if so - say they . awe , get 75% (which i dont think they will) - does this mean the company remains as is but if they get 90% they can just buyout any remaining shareholders on awe terms?
if 90% is correct - then i assume it would be good as a minimum for 33m shares (20% of issued shares) to stand firm and not sell out
appreciate any confirmation / clarification of the above.
Directors now need to get their advisors (hartleys i assume) to value the potential of the company , both on what the company has now as well as future value of new wells and advise the market.
The one upside of events today - is the wider awareness being provided to the market of the potential of this company.
