I agree it is easy to focus on the lost opportunity and I am on record as being super-long ACX however I have it on pretty good authority that ACX was going to miss their forecasts and that would have been a blood bath. My source may be wrong however it is probably worth considering that, in the long term it would have been better if the TO didn't happen but there was a good chance of some serious short-term pain!

Like @jhunt we have done well - may never find another ACX like opportunity, they are out there but hard to find and difficult to get set with confidence!
