The mis-match in the 1.65?

Many theories. Here are some of mine:

Market is not 100% efficient, buyers sellers all independent, doing their thing. Which is creating discounts.

Instos and broader base going for the main course GXY which is getting more attention so its running ahead. The dessert though is also looking ‘mouth watering’. Are instos restricted/deterred from getting GMM I wonder, if they know it will likely be taken out?

Uncertainty factor. Nothing’s done till its done. Those that don't like GXY have ample time to go which should improve vote. Definitely not counting on a haircut to the deal. Fotios and GMM holders would not be happy. My hope is that any surprises would be to the upside. Market is steaming ahead and no one is thinking about slowing down.
