Rox resources announcement today of a massive 9% Ni in hole mfedo64 at Musket north/Camelwood, is fabulous news for their shareholders and will ensure the success of the CR underwritten by Paterson's security. Also it's great news for Cullenites, cos our tenements sit north of the border of these descoveries... Most of the big finds are happening north and not south.
So if one thinks CUL's future is only in their iron ore assets... Think again...
But the iron ore play is still a major game... Today, NZ Todd has made an offer to takeover FMS tenement... A billion tonne of ore close to ours.... It must be a move by the Kiwis to get a slice of the WPIOP-
Flinders board is happy to get a buck in these hard days and is recommending their shareholders surrender a future treasure to Todd for pittance... Hope Cullen board would show more resilience if one day someone offers to buy their share in Cathowell....
It's beyond comprehension why our local big players are not throwing the ball and leaving the field of play for the likes of Baosteel and Todd....
