Hi extralite,
a quick look at the charts confirms this stock does this every six months regular as clockwork. The time to buy is either three months ago or in three months time.
I suspect if you hold for close of books you hand at least half - sometimes more - of the dividend back in the subsequent price fall.
Better to sell on the high now rather than to buy - reenter in three months.
