The rumours I've heard suggest SBS represents a strategic investment only at this stage for AVM and Bill Turner is happy to see how things work out. If things don't "work out" AVM will take control of their investment.
Apparently AVM has no probs with the technical expertise of SBS senior personnel but they are a bit concerned about how the business is run and whether SBS has enough experience.
