Nothing we didn't already know and no mention what this may deliver in terms of earnings.

It appears to me that TSE management are talking themselves up and the only reason you would do that is if someone is indeed sniffing around for a possible take over play.

Pure speculation on my part, but i am interested why the share price hasn't notably fallen after the dividend and SPP and in light of technical indicators pointing that it should.
