they have said before that they'll need 15 mill to develop mississippi which in turn could in part come from the TSX listing or a north american fundy something similar to what AUT and SEA have done.Plus the singapore group has been granted first right to refuse 10 mill by the way of convertable notes..still..starting to beat my head with these guys..sorta seems they are using mississippi to take the heat away from the slow going on their other fields..I thought the idea of having fields like tulsa was to drill and produce many easy low yeilding wells fast....
