Yeah, the guys who posted previously are spot on, nothing sinister about AGO sell down, their focus is all around massive expansion in DSO. Good buying at current sp I think by the way.

The new substantial shareholder in CAP by the way is ASI simply buying under another name. Should be no surprises there. What now is the big question is do they keep buying above 20% and bid or do they go to 19.9% and then try and form a JV with CAP? This outcome will be decided by how much CAP is willing to give up in any new JV terms I would say? But hey, maybe they just want to remain passive shareholders? Either way something should happen soon I'd say.
