    No comment about the fire resistance as it stands to reason but i know the product is/was/has been approved for use in Aust for close to 20 years now. The floor joists in my own home are treated LVL 240x45 at 450mm centres and on the bigger spans at 300mm centres. Very strong, very straight and no movement providing a super flat floor.
