    When a share loses 82.5% of its value from its peak, surely it is time to have a good hard look at wtf is going on with management. These guys have had a bucket of cash and whilst not frivolously spending (to preserve their future salary payments), have done sweet f/a building value in the stock or story.

    If Neil and the team are happy to take a 82.5% haircut on their salary (Neil down to $40k per annum), then that could show some commitment, but at this stage I'd say that all the team has done is successfully eroded the share price and as a result, have lost the confidence of the market.

    Could be time to step aside and get new leaders who know how to take action, restore confidence and deliver value to shareholders before it does get to one cent...
