In my Post #: 9173888, I said "As at 31 Dec, they had $697k in cash". This was sourced from the "NuSep Half Year Report & Accounts" available in Post #: 9124820.

It is verifiable, should you bother to look. It was also the only fact I claimed as noted in Post #: 9174511 when I said "I have included, in the post you refer to, a single FACT"

And I have not made any defamatory remarks, I believe. And I have nothing to gain by downramping. Your comment " l hope someone sells down" followed by "I am even thinking of lowering my offer" could appear like downramping when coupled with your claims, over 2 weeks ago, that there would be 5 announcements by now.

Sometimes you appear like a rational guy, and then in a punch of a key, you seem like a hypocrite. You regularly say we "should look forward and not back", then you cite an example of over a year ago, being 2 shareholders who you call "spineless" when, by your admission you have never met or spoken with either? And is that defamatory? I'm not a lawyer, so I can't say. What I can say is your comments in one single post have a stench of hypocrisy.

Readers will take your posts and mine for what they are and for the intelligence, validity and substance contained within each. My agenda is simple, to see NuSep run properly so that we can make a return on the IP that has alluded us for the entirety of the company's life and for a decade before that. Like getting answers to the questions here, I don't see that as likely and the market price is reflecting the concerns posted on HC. And I think you are acting in a way which does not help my agenda.
