We need someone to coordinate this campaign against this sale. Keep a list of holders and their holdings, and provide a channel of communication with the board. This cannot be done thru HotCopper. Would anyone with some expertise and knowledge like to put the hand up?
I know there will be some very pissed holders in the top 20 who may already be taking action. Contacting them may not be that hard.
