I think the inside interest is that they all probably keep their jobs and have a big brother for more career opportunity. Even the CEO of Casa said there was no overlap in products and so probably skills.

Board stated that it is the best outcome for shareholders and employees. Without sounding hopefully like a capitalist pig, what do the employees have to do with this deal? The Board's job is to represent shareholders interests, not employees. 

I think it has become all too hard for management and directors to run this company any longer. That's why we should have had Board and Management renewal last year.
