Oh yes, thanks for reminding me... They also paid a 4.5c fully franked dividend, and they are still up 10% as well... makes the return about 16% plus franking credits.
By the way, you might care to note that NTA is $1.06. That sort of makes 84c look cheap. That is if you know what NTA is.
