ok.. number 1...

the reason why they recoevd a dividend.. whihis down from last term is because they made a profit, which is 22% lower than the previous.

now, if u have ever done accounting classes or read an accounting book.. u would know that the income statement is relatiely less important in terms of analysing company data.

if we are basing this pure on accounting knowledge, the only statements you shoudl worry about is the cash flow statement and the balance sheet; in specific cash figure and the debt figures.

this company is fianced through the roof its operating leverage is probally a billion...

anyway, moral of the story is if you cant see that this company has vast amounts of debt and little to none cash you might as well go and say that abs is a good company to invest in.

you can have ur dividend of 4.5 cents.. that will go a long way when ur sp goes no where.id rather make capital gains in a company that is going somewhere.
