I have held UBN before, and sold out at $0.35 after the latest results. Continue to watch this company - but am curious as to why you'd buy now?
UBN management have not proved themselves to be adequate stewards of cash. My concern is the amount of cash burn from the additional sales staff hired. There is no quarterly, so we're really in the dark as to how this most recent half has gone.
From the capital raising, it looks like $7m is required for operational activities - i.e. it may be another year of cash burn.
I'd rather wait and watch - only buying in when the cash burn slows and turns positive.
