I don't know if I would go that far, they could have tried raising the money on the market at a discount to the current price... Whilst recent activity has been dilutive they are at least cashed up and are projecting strong sales over the next 18 months.... Been watching them for a couple of years but only recently bought some.... happy to see how this one pans out..
