Just read the latest Hills release and words like vague, obscure, obtuse and confusing sum up the situation. It would appear that a rudderless ship would have more direction than Hills at the moment. Good old Ted and the crew have produced a bit of window dressing in the shape of 20% salary cuts or fees for some board members. Bandaid surgery comes to mind. Along with the salary cut a jolly good uppercut would be appropriate!
