Modernisation is not all good
Countries with out adequate schools and hospitals not good either.
Usually there is more than enough money to pay for above, but the money is wasted by corrupt poly's

It is hard enough to invest well, if you have only pure ethical plays to choose from, it is likely to be harder?

Not sure, a pure ethical play with an environmental up-side is what the world needs, so in theory - should be where the money flows - however, this is planet stupid....

Be nice if the people can chose for themselves if they want to modernize.
