I don't agree about the geometry bit, there is no way to know if it is steep plunging or flat or a dyke or virtually anything else at the moment as drilling was only 7M in depth, all on the same angle , and not being diamond drilling unable to visually differentiate how the quartz was orientated as unable to see a split core. Just my opinion and not a geo. Strange I got a similar estimate to you (although a little less) on Alliance South Shoot at around 38K oz Hardly steller but the ore shoots to the West mean the overall drive cost as part of CAPEX should be kept in check
