Project Management 101......if there are to be any delays on any aspect of a project deliverable, or the deliverable is at risk for any reason, the first thing that must happen is that stakeholders must be informed as soon as possible.
The level of comms from the management team in regards to their publisized schedule progress is pityfull !!
