The Chairman of BOM is Oloughlin - also a Director of CHZ.
The MD of BOM is Valenta - also the MD of Chesser Resources.
The other two Directors of BOM, O'Connor and Taylor, are also Directors of CHZ.
There is a huge overlapping shareholding between CHZ and BOM.
